Why use the United Arab Emirates invoice generator?

Create UAE invoices in AED with optional TRN, VAT configuration, emirate and area fields, and IBAN or SWIFT payment details.

  • AED currency and UAE-friendly date display
  • Invoice or Tax Invoice title option
  • Optional TRN, emirate, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details

Country-oriented fields

This mode offers editable currency, date and tax labels alongside seller, customer, item, reference and payment fields in the shared invoice editor. Field availability is a starting point only; it does not establish that a document is sufficient for a particular transaction.

  • Invoice title can be Invoice or Tax Invoice
  • Optional supplier/customer TRN fields
  • Emirate and area fields
  • User-configurable VAT rate, inclusive/exclusive calculation or zero tax
  • Account name, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and payment link

VAT controls

VAT is configurable and starts at zero. The editor can suggest the verified VAT rate for you to confirm, or you can enter a different rate and treatment. No tax status or compliance is determined.

Payment details

Available payment method labels include Bank Transfer, PayPal, Payment Link, Cash, Custom Instructions. Add only your own payment instructions, account details or link; this site does not process payments.

How to create your invoice

  1. Check the selected country, currency and date format.
  2. Enter seller and customer details; use country-oriented fields only when relevant.
  3. Choose a tax label and enter a rate only after determining what applies to your transaction.
  4. Add line items, discounts, charges and payment instructions; review the live preview.
  5. Download the generated PDF or print separately, then keep a copy with your records.
This is an editable invoice starting layout, not a compliance certification. The tool does not determine legal or tax obligations, validate a tax rate or confirm that every required field is present.

Sources & Review

Last reviewed:

Checked the FTA source trail and cautious VAT wording. The FTA tax-invoice page is dated 2022, so later legislation is also linked; the suggested rate is a verified figure to confirm, not a legal checklist. A source review is not an individual invoice review or a legal, tax or accounting assessment. Suggested rates are verified against official sources and applied only after you confirm them.
